Katherine Freeborn, Toy Library Coordinator

Katherine has been the UCP Toy Library Coordinator since it's beginning in 1987. She is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of the program. She provides services to the Central, South, and East County families and professionals.

Katherine has a California Elementary Teaching Credential, as well as an Early Childhood Education Certificate and a Community College Teaching Credential. She has served on the Board of Directors for the USA Toy Library Association for several years.
